These two applications have been filed on 11th November, 2016 for amendment of the writ petition; for filing additional documents and also seeking condonation of delay in filing reply to the affidavit filed by the respondent No.1.
The writ petition has been disposed of vide order dated 15th November, 2016. It appears that the applications could not be listed before 15th November, 2016. It also appears that for this reason, the counsel for the petitioner is also not present on the second call. Suffice to state, the applications have become infructuous. The same are dismissed.
