After some hearing, learned counsel sought liberty to withdraw the present writ petition. He submitted that the petitioner would seek her remedies by filing an appropriate suit with respect to the signatures on the disputed documents.

Liberty granted; the petitioner is permitted to file a suit in accordance law to establish her claim vis-a-vis the contention that an affidavit was not signed by her. If the occasion so arises, the petitioner may, having regard to the outcome of the said proceedings, approach the Co-operative Society which shall then consider the matter in the light of the final order/decree passed in the civil suit.
