Learned counsel for the parties inform that pursuant to order dated 11.08.2016, a meeting took place between the petitioner as well as the Executive Director, DSIIDC. Consequent to the said meeting, certain information has been called for from the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that on receipt of the information/documents from the petitioner, the file would be processed and placed before the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor for passing appropriate orders. He submits that approximately three months time would be required after the submission of the information/documents by the petitioner.
