The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition
with liberty to file a contempt petition with regard to the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 10.07.2012 in WP(C) 1644/2012. Since the petitioner was prosecuting the present petition, delay shall not come in the way of the petitioner in case he files the contempt petition within two weeks.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
