Learned counsels for the parties submit that since the appeal is pending before the Court of Additional District Judge, Dwarka, New Delhi (South-West District), the present petition is not pressed.
Learned Additional District Judge (South-West District) shall endeavour to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.
Meanwhile, the statement of the learned counsel for the decree holder/respondent has also been recorded that he will not press his execution qua the balance mesne profits which are claimed against the petitioner till the disposal of the appeal.
Petition disposed of.
