Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the material available on record, we are of the view that the issue sought to be raised and the reliefs prayed for deserve no consideration by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. We are also of the view that no public interest is involved.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
