IA no. 19737/2015 (for refund of court fee)
A perusal of order dated 5th March, 2015 shows that plaintiff had withdrawn the suit in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts on 19th November, 2014. Since the matter has been settled through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and a necessary certificate be issued by the Registry.
Application is disposed of in the above terms.
