It appear that an application has been moved on behalf of defendant no.1 for release of a bank guarantee/FDR furnished by it and it is also cleared from the record that the said document is lying deposited with the Registry, but the application that has been moved for release of the amount involved in the document, which is worth more than one crore rupee, has not been scanned as the same is not available in the E-file.
