These are two cross cases arise out of different FIRs bearing NO.613/2010 and 614/2010 registered at P.S. Shahdara, Delhi. Both the complainants and the accused in their respective cases have arrived at an amicable settlement. Both the complainants are making statements that since they have settled their disputes , no useful purpose will be served in continuing with the criminal proceedings arising out of aforesaid FIRs. Consequently both the FIRs NO.613/2010 and 614/2010 registered against the petitioners at P.5. Shahdara and the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.
The petitions are disposed of.
