1) By way of this petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:-

(i) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner in his duty continuously with consequential benefit, in the interest of justice.

(ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.

2) Mr. Pankaj Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 2 submits that petitioner was permitted to join the services vide order dated 9.2.2022 and pursuant to said order, he joined the services on 14.2.2022. He further submits that in the departmental inquiry, services of the petitioner have already been terminated and this petition has become infructuous.

3) Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Agrawal, in my opinion, no order can be passed in favor of petitioner. Consequently, this petition stands dismissed . However, petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the subsequent order(s) passed by the respondent authorities.
