At the outset, Mr. Kesharwani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, would submit that Annexure P-1 which is challenged in this writ petition, is an internal communication issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Abhanpur to the Block Education Officer, Abhanpur, District Raipur. However, at present, nothing adverse has been done against the petitioner, therefore, he may be granted liberty to pursue the remedy once any action is taken against him.

The prayer is fair and reasonable and it is not opposed by the other side.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner that as and when any adverse action is taken against him, he may question the same, in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s).
