The petitioner, present in person, would submit that vide order dated 07.06.2025 (Annexure P-1), he was transferred from Government Higher Secondary School, Kumudkatta, District Balod to High School, Markeli, Block Manpur, District Mohla – Manpur - Ambagarh Chowki, where he has been serving for about one year. He further submits that since children of the petitioner are studying at Bhilai from where present place of posting of petitioner, i.e., Markeli is about 150km and there is no other person to look after his children. Therefore, on the aforesaid ground and various other grounds, he has submitted a representation dated 01.04.2026 before respondent No.2 seeking his transfer from High School, Markeli, Block Manpur, District MohlaManpur-Ambagrah Chowki to any school situated in District Balod or District Durg, however, the same has not been decided yet. Accordingly, he prays that the present petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide his representation at the earliest within such period as may be specified by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State has no objection to allow the aforesaid representation.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and considering further the pendency of his representation, this Court feels that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending as the petition can be disposed of at this stage itself.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of and respondent No.2 is hereby directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner on 01.04.2026 (Annexure P-4) as soon as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands disposed of.

In view of above, pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
