India, the petitioner is seeking the following relief:

“10.1 That, the Hon'ble High Court may kindly be please to quash/set aside the advertisement dated 01.06.2023

(Annexure P-1) issued by the respondent No.2 in the larger interest of justice.

10.2 That, the Hon'ble High Court may kindly be please to issue a fresh advertisement as per the rules and laws prescribed which will provide equal rights and opportunity to all the candidates participating and submitting their application forms for the respective posts.

10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favor of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.”

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject selection process has been completed, therefore, this petition has now become infructuous.
