1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs.

“10.1. That, the records pertaining to the case of the petitioner, may be kindly called for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly set aside and quash the impugned order dated 09/04/2026 and 07/04/2026, in the interest of justice.

10.3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to work in Gram Panchayat Deurgaon Saja, District Bemetara, in the interest of justice.

10.4. That any other relief which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits, however, he submits that as petitioner is suffering with ailment and is also disabled person to the extent of 45%, has submitted an application for his transfer from Community Health Center, Koylibeda to Community Health Center, Antagarh on 10.06.2025, which till date is pending consideration, and therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the pending representation at the earliest.

3. Mr. Gary Mukhopadhyay, learned Additional A.G. would submit that he is having no objection to the limited prayer if representation is still pending consideration, it will be considered in accordance with law.

On due consideration of submission of counsel for the respective parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 10.06.2025 forwarded from the officer of Block Medical Officer, CHC Antagarh, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the Order.

5. It is directed that till decision is taken, Status Quo with respect to posting of the petitioner shall be maintained by the parties.
