The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner.

10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/order/direction in nature of mandamus whereby to give direction to the Respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner and to provide time pay scale to the Petitioner.

10.3 That any other relief/reliefs, which this Hon’ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, with cost of the petition, may also be please be granted to the petitioner. ”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has initially submitted representation before the Respondent No. 2 on 30.06.2025. When representation was not considered and decided, this writ petition is filed. He submits that at this stage, he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to the Respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P/3) at the earliest within specified time frame.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respective respondents would submit as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation, they are having no objection to the limited prayer.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.

On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P/3) submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of order and further to intimate the decision on representation to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of .
