Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :-

“10.1 Direct respondents to release death-cum-retiral benefits of Late Devlal Uikey by apportioning among legally entitled heirs.

10.2 Direct respondents to consider compassionate appointment claim in accordance with law.

10.3 Grant any other relief(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice”

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage, petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking a direction to respondents authorities to provide the details of deathcum-retiral dues pending in the account of deceased employee late Devlal Uike, who died while working on the post of Teacher. He submits that this details sought for is required because respondents authorities vide letter dated 11.11.2025, has directed petitioner to bring succession certificate from the court of competent jurisdiction. If respondents give the particulars and details of the amount due in the account of deceased employee, appropriate proceedings will be filed thereafter for obtaining succession certificate.

In the aforementioned facts of the case, respondents authorities are directed to give the details of the amount due in the account of deceased employee towards death-cum-retiral dues within a period of three weeks enabling petitioner to file appropriate application for grant of succession certificate.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this petition stands disposed of.
