By way of the instant petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 08/08/2025 passed by Respondent No.4, whereby the petitioners have been sent on deputation without their consent.

At the very outset, learned State counsel would submit that the order which is under challenge dated 08/08/2025 in the present writ petition has been withdrawn by the respondent authorities by order dated 15/07/2026, hence the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
