The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following reliefs:-

“10.1 To call for entire records from respondents pertaining to petitioners leave case for kind perusal of the Hon'ble High Court.

10.2 The Petitioner should be granted leave under as per sub rule (2) of Section 31 B of the Prisoners' Leave Act, 1985 Emergency leave under sub-section (1) to attend the Dashgatra and Terhavi function of his Mother.
