1 The petitioner has filed this petition with the following prayer:

“I. set aside/quash the impugned revision order dated 26.09.2022 passed by learned 1 Additional Sessions Judge, Rajnandgaon, in Criminal revision no. 43/2022. (ANNEXURE P/1)

II. set aside/quash the impugned order dated 08.07.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajnandgaon in Criminal Case no. 25/2021, wherein charges has been framed against the petitioner under Section 409 and 420 of IPC (ANNEXURE P/2) and further be pleased to quash the formal

III. This Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceedings arising out of Criminal Case no. 25/2021, pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajnandgaon and further be pleased to quash the entire charge sheet and the F.I.R. bearing Crime no. 560/2020 lodged against the petitioner under Section 409 and 420 of IPC.

IV. This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass such other orders as this Hon’ble court may deem fit in favour of the petitioner in the interest of justice.”
