10.2 That this Honble Court kindly direct the respondents for returning the land of the petitioner.

10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by efflux of time, this petition has become infructuous, as the reliefs prayed for cannot be granted in this petition.
