10.2 Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct respondent authority to disburse the compensation amount of Rs. 10,14,200/- to the petitioners and LR's of Manharan, Ramjhul & Krishna Kumar for acquisition of the said agricultural land bringing Khasra No. 521, P.H. No. 40, area 0.445 hectare, situated at Village - Sambalpuri, Tahsil Takhatpur, District Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) on the basis of act 2013 & penalty with 18% interest for acquisition of land.

10.3Any other relief which may Hon'ble Court think fit in the circumstances.”
