Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

“(i)That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the petitioner's case, in the interest of justice.

(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 24.12.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Collector, Bilaspur, in the interest of justice.

(iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to enhance /modify the amount of compensation award by the learned land acquisition officer, in the interest of justice.

(iv) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”

On the objection being raised by the learned counsel for the State that against the order impugned, the petitioners are having remedy of filing an appeal, counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file the appropriate proceedings. He also submits that direction be issued to return back the certified copies of the documents.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings.

Registry is directed to return back the certified copies of the documents enclosed along with the writ petition after retaining photo copies of the same.
