1. The petitioner has preferred this petition under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):-

“(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to setaside the impugned order dated 31.12.2025 (annexure P-1) passed by the respondent no. 2 arising out of the order dated 24.06.2024 (annexure P-2) passed by the learned Upper Collector Raipur, in the interest of justice.

(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the writ order or directions to the respondents authorities to fresh demarcate the land of the petitioner which is done by any other revenue authorities Halka Patwari and Revenue Inspector, in the interest of justice.

(iii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh better constituted petition.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection on the above prayer of the petitioner.

4. On due consideration, prayer of the petitioner is allowed and he is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for.
