When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. Prasoon Bhaduri, learned State Counsel, would submit that tender of Respondent No.4 herein has been accepted on 30.01.2026 and work order has been issued on 02.02.2026.

In view of the above submission made by learned State counsel, Ms. Surya Kawalkar Dangi, learned counsel for the petitoner, seeks to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh petition questioning the acceptance order and work order dated 30.01.2026 and 02.02.2026, respectively.

Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner.
