Mr. Amrito Das, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset would submit that identical Writ Petitions No.6163 of 2024 & 5086 of 2024 were dismissed against which Writ Appeals No.131 of 2026 & 132 of 2026 were preferred before the Division Bench of this Court which have also been dismissed vide judgment dated 11.02.2026.

Mr. Ramakant Mishra, learned DSGI, would also submit that similar nature of two writ petitions were dismissed and aginst which writ appeals were preferred which have also been dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court, therefore, the instant writ appeal may also be dismissed.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their submissions made herin-above and gone through the records minutely.

Admittedly, the identical Writ Petitions No.6163 of 2024 & 5086 of 2024 were dismissed which was affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeals No.131 of

2026 & 132 of 2026 vide judgment dated 11.02.2026 holding as under:-

“10. After adverting the entire facts and circumstances of the case as well as the material annexed with the writ petitions and writ appeals, this court is also of the opinion that the order passed by learned Single Judge is in accordance with law as the appellants have no vested right to remain in possession of the subject premises when they had no any existing lease in their favour from the concerned department.

11. In writ appeal no interference is warranted in the order passed by the Single Judge unless palpable infirmities are being shown in the impugned order. From perusal of entire material placed on record, we do not find any such infirmities or irregularities in the order passed by learned Single Judge which warrants interference of this court.”

In that view of the matter, we do not find any merit in the instant writ appeal, accordingly it is dmissed. No order as to cost(s).
