1. Since all these writ petitions involve identical issues, therefore, they are being disposed off by this common order.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that, the petitioners are not pressing these writ petitions on merit, however, they may be permitted to submit fresh representation before the competent authority for redressal of their claims as pleaded in these writ petitions seeking compensation under Rajmohni Devi Tendupatta Samajik Suraksha Yojya and a direction be issued to concerned

authority to consider and take decision on the representations to be submitted by petitioners within specified time.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the petitioners are not pressing these writ petitions on merits, they are having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are disposed off reserving liberty with the petitioners to submit fresh representation before the concerned authority and if such representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of representations.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merit of writ petitions.
