1. By way of filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide his representation dated 18.01.2021 (Annexure-P/1).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the recorded owner of the land bearing Khasra No.124/2 area 0.405 hectare situated at village Jhilgitaar Tahsil Pusour Distt. Raigarh. The aforesaid land was acquired vide award dated 11.11.2013 passed by respondent No.3. Subsequently, amended award was passed on 06.5.2014. been given to the petitioner as per the Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, rather only 30% solatium has been given Therefore, the petitioner has filed representation dated 18.01.2021 (Annexure-P/1) before Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue)-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, but the same has not been decided yet. Hence, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.3 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner within stipulated time.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if the above prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
