By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :

10.1. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition by setting-aside order Annexure P/5 and P/9 passed by Collector and Additional Commissioner respectively and affirmed the order off Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) dated 08.12.2021 Annexure P/3 holding that misconduct was proved against respondent no. 1, therefore she is not capable to continue the post of Sarpanch u/s 40 of Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam 1993.
