By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs :

10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no.1 to consider and decide the pending second appeal filed by the petitioner dated 25.2.2026 ANNEXURE P/4 as early as possible.

10.2 That, any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred a Second Appeal before the State Information Commission on 25.2.2026. The said appeal is yet to be decided, therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to decide the same expeditiously.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that the petitioner has filed as many as 30 Second Appeals and owing to this high volume, it would be difficult for Respondent No.1 to decide them expeditiously. However, every effort is being made to dispose of the appeals within the stipulated time-frame in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly considering the fact that the petitioner has filed as many as 30 Second Appeals before the concerned authority, it would certainly

not be possible for the Second Appellate Authority to decide only one matter while leaving the remaining 29 appeals unadjudicated.

Considering the entire aspects of the matter, Respondent No.1 is directed to take up the cases of the petitioner in chronological order and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations/directions, the Petition is finally disposed of. Sd/-
