State of Chhattisgarh & Others), sought a short extension. The Court, considering the reasons assigned, granted a further period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, expressly as a last and final opportunity, to comply with the order dated 04.06.2026 by getting the sale deed executed and registered in respect of the allotted house, LIG Duplex No. 46. The present MCC has been filed seeking an extension of time for

execution of the sale deed in compliance with the order dated 04.06.2026 passed in WPC No. 2773/2026 ( Dhiraj Kumar Arya v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others ).

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, owing to the inability to arrange the requisite amount for registration of the sale deed within the stipulated period of 45 days, the applicant could not comply with the order dated 04.06.2026 passed in WPC No. 2773 of 2026. It is, therefore, prayed that an extension of 10 days be granted to enable the applicant to execute and register the sale deed in respect of the allotted house, LIG Duplex No. 46.

Considering the reasons assigned in the present MCC, this Court finds it appropriate, in the interest of justice, to grant the applicant a further period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as a last and final opportunity, to comply with the order dated 04.06.2026 passed in WPC No. 2773 of 2026 by getting the sale deed executed and registered in respect of the allotted house. It is made clear that if the applicant fails to have the sale deed executed and registered within the aforesaid period, the consequences envisaged in the order dated 04.06.2026 shall automatically follow.
