The petitioner has filed the instant petition for following reliefs:-

“10.1 That, this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the respondents.

¶29

10.2 That , this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 10.03.2026 Annexure-P/1.

¶30

10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may issue a suitable writ directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation/appeal dated 26.05.2026 within the stipulated time.

10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may issue a suitable writ directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to resume his duties.

10.5 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct that the total amount of Rs. 1,38,734/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred ThirtyFour) deposited by the Petitioner into the account of Sagar Mahila Sankul Sangathan, Bhardakala, on 17/03/2026, be refunded.

10.6 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing a writ petition, which was disposed of vide order dated 27.04.2026 with a direction to the petitioner to submit a representation before the competent authority. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner submitted a representation on 19.05.2026 before the concerned authority. However, despite the lapse of considerable time, the said representation has not yet been decided. It is further submitted that the grievance of the petitioner would be adequately redressed if the concerned authority is directed to consider and decide the pending representation expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 60 days. Hence, the present petition.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the State has no objection if a direction is issued to the concerned authority to consider and decide the petitioner's pending representation in accordance with law.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, to which learned counsel for the State has expressed no objection, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is not inclined to enter into the arena of the dispute between the parties. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the

concerned authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 19.05.2026, strictly in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's claim, and the concerned authority shall decide the representation independently and uninfluenced by any observation contained in this order.

With this observation and direction, the petition stands disposed of.
