By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:-

10.1 That this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents for correction of entries in paddy registration.

10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners’ land has been submerged in Ghatoi Dam, as such, the amount which has been deposited in his account as bonus for cultivating paddy is not in accordance with law; it has been granted to the petitioner due to non-correction of revenue records by the concerned Tahsildar, as such, the petitioners has filed this petition seeking relief that the concerned Tahsildar may be directed to correct the revenue records deleting the name of petitioners in revenue records, while correcting the entries of petitioners viz. petitioner No. 1-Prakash Chandra, owner of land bearing Khasra No. 364/1 admeasuring area 0.769 hectare situated at villageChuchubhatha, Tahsil-Dabhra, District-Sakti and petitioner No. 2- Rupendra Patel, owner of land bearing Khasra No. 364/4 admeasuring area 0.486 hectare situated at villageChuchubhatha, Tahsil-Dabhra, District-Sakti, as the petitioners have never sold any paddy.

Learned counsel for the respondent/State submits that if any application of petitioners is pending, same will be considered and decided as per law, expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the records enclosed along with the writ petition.

Considering facts of the case, nature of relief, submissions of counsel for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of directing the concerned Tahsildar to correct the revenue records while deleting the name of petitioners in respect of lands bearing Khasra No. 364/1 admeasuring area 0.769 hectare situated at village- Chuchubhatha and Khasra No. 364/4 admeasuring area 0.486 hectare situated at village- Chuchubhatha, Tahsil-Dabhra, District-Sakti.

The petitioners are directed to refund the amount received by them towards bonus in respect of the aforesaid lands, in the event of such amount has been credited to their account.
