This Writ Petition has been filed against the inaction the part of respondent

authorities in not deciding the pending appeal preferred by the petitioner on 17.07.2020.

By way of this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the pending appeal of the petitioner (Annexure P/1) within stipulated time, in accordance with law. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that telephonically he has been instructed by the petitioner to withdraw this case.

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that this petition has become infructuous has the appeal has been decided.

Considering the submission of the parties, this Petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
