On due consideration, the same is allowed it is directed that Ravi Narayan Deshmukh S/o late Videshi Ram, aged about 45 years, R/o Rashmi Devi Nagar, Khairagarh Tahsil Khairagarh, District Khairagarh Chuuikhadan Gandai (C.G.) and Mahendra Kumar Deshmukh S/o late Videshi Ram, aged about 41 years, R/o Ward No. 6 Sonarpara, Khairagarh Tahsil Khairagarh, District Khairagarh Chhuikhadan Gandai (C.G.) be impleaded as petitioner No. (i) and (ii). Let the necessary amendment be carried out in the cause title by today itself and also filed amended copy of the cause title

The petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to the respondents to provide the compensation to the petitioner within stipulated period.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 6 would submit that the newly added petitioner No. i and ii have already given the consent to give the property to the Corporation and accordingly a compensation of Rs. 5,33,197/- has already been paid to them.

Since the compensation has already been paid to the petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners if they are not satisfied with the quantum of the compensation, they may take recourse available to them under the law.
