This present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

“ 10.1. This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call for the records of the case pertaining to the petitioner from the respondents for its kind perusal.

10.2. This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to released the lawfully due and admitted amount of final bill amounting to Rs. 59,39,837 (fifty nine lacs thirty nine thousand eight hundred thirty seven in favour of the petitioner.

10.3 This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the re4spndents to pay the final bill amounting to Rs. 59,39,837 (fifty nine lacs thirty nine thousand eight hundred thirty seven with 18% interest from 31 January 2018.

10.4 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts & circumstances of the case.

10.5. Cost of the petition may also be awarded.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance projected in this writ petition, the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to respondent Nos. 2 & 3 who may be directed to decide the same in accordance with law within a specific period of time.

Learned counsel for the State have no objection in this regard.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent Nos. 2 & 3 within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such representation being made, it is expected that respondent Nos. 2 & 3 would take a decision on it within a further period of 120 days from the date of its
