At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties in respect of the dispute involved in the present appeal, hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal for which the abovementioned I.A. No.2 has also been moved by the appellants.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellants, on due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
