1. This Criminal Revision under Section 438 R/W. Section 442 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed against the order dated 15.12.2025, passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhatapara, District-Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.), in Criminal Case No. 1613/2025, whereby charges for the offences under Section 316(5) read with 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 have been framed against the applicant.

2. Learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant criminal revision with liberty to file appropriate application before an appropriate forum.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
