1. Heard Mr. Ratnesh Kumar Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Government Advocate for respondent / State.

2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-

“It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and pleased to quash the First Information Report no. 567/2019, dated 23.06.2019 registered at Police of Police Station Sarkanda, District Bilaspur (Non-applicant no. 3) (Annexure-A/1) and further be pleased to quash the criminal case no. 430/2021 registered at Judicial Magistrate First Class Bilaspur (Presiding Officer- Smt. Priyanka Agrawal).”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition, submitting that, in view of the current status of the case, the trial is still in progress.
