1. Heard Ms. K.Tripti Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Priyank Rathi, learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondent No.1 / State.

2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-

“a) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and quash the impugned chargesheet Dt.17.07.2025 filed in crime no.132/2025 registered at police station Darri, Korba (C.G.)

b) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case.”

3. From perusal of the present petition, it transpires that though the order framing charge dated 25.08.2025 has been annexed in the present petition, but the same has not been challenged and learned counsel for the petitioner has drafted a vague and sketchy prayer.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file a duly constituted petition with an appropriate prayer.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn , with liberty to file petition afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today, and the same shall be transmitted to the Government School for Visual and Hearing Impaired, Tifra, District - Bilaspur (C.G.).
