This petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, challenging the order dated 20.11.2023, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Katghora, District-Korba (C.G.) in Misc.Criminal Case No. 2305/2023, whereby the petitioner’s application for supurdnama of 23 Kg of silver ornaments was rejected.
