An application for urgent hearing has been filed by the counsel for the appellant Shri O.P. Sahu, appointed through Legal Aid, however, he is not present before this Court to press the application for urgent hearing. Considering the fact that appellant is languishing in jail since 26.03.2020, the application for urgent hearing is allowed.
