2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy of appeal under Section 13 of the Chhattisgarh Rent Control Act, 2011 before the competent Appellate Authority.

3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicant to avail the remedy of appeal available under law.
