Petitioner has filed this contempt petition alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 04.10.2021 passed in WPC No.4061/2021.

Perusal of the order, subject matter of contempt, would show that writ petition filed by petitioner was disposed of directing

the SDO, Janjgir to consider and decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner herein within specified time frame. Petitioner has not annexed any document along with contempt petition to show that any representation is submitted before the SDO, Janjgir pursuant to the direction issued by this Court. However, a document is enclosed at Page No.8 which is the representation submitted before the Collector.

When the aforementioned fact is pointed out to learned counsel for petitioner, he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this contempt petition with liberty to submit representation before the Sub-Divisional Officer Janjgir, as directed in the order dated 4.10.2021.

In view of above submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
