1. Heard Mr. Abhinav Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner

as well as Mr. S.S. Choubey, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State/respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following relief(s):-

“10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities particularity the respondent No.3 & 4 to decide and act upon the representation dated 05-12-2024 & 16-12-2024 (Annexure P-1) in a time bound manner, as early as possible.

10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favor of the petitioner together with cost of the petition.”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is requesting for her transfer and for that, she has already filed a representation before the concerned respondent authorities, which has not been considered and decided till date.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent authorities and prayed that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent authorities to consider and decide the same within considerable time frame.

5. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority within a period of 10 days ventilating her grievance along with the documents annexed with this petition and the concerned

respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in a pragmatic manner within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of representation of the petitioner.

6. With the aforementioned observation/direction, instant writ petition is disposed of.
