By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order/memo dated 09.12.2024 passed by the respondent no. 5 and further may kindly be direct to the concerned respondent authority to pay the salary of petitioner from month of Sept. 2024 and further pay the salary of petitioner to continue, in the interest of justice.

10.2 That this Hon'ble court further may kindly be pleased to direct to the concerned respondent to pay the interest of the non-paying the salary of petitioner, in the interest of

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been paid salary from the month of September, 2024 to January, 2025 as such his grievance has been redressed and this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as having infructuous.
