Heard Mr. T. K. Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S. Badgaiya, learned Dy. Government Advocate for the State/respondent/s and Mr. C.J.K. Rao, learned counsel for the respective respondents.

By this petition the petitioner has prayed for following relief/s :

“10.1 The Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus commanding respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner regarding her request for transfer and transfer her from present place of posting i.e. Thuhadabri Health and Wellness Centre to any place nearby to district hospital Rajnandgaon as post of CHO are still vacant at Rewadih Bhanpuri and Banhardi.

10.2 Any other relief may be passed as the Hon’ble Court thinks at proper in the favour of the petitioner may kindly be passed.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed this writ petition with a request that he has been transferred for which she has moved several application/representations before the authorities concerned as she is facing some personal difficulties in

the locality on the part of inter-caste marriage, she has not been considered for her social obligation by the people of the Society and also given warning for residing in the said area. She has undergone surgery and given birth to a girl child on 12.08.2024 as such for medical treatment also she is seeking that she may be transferred to District Rajnandgaon from Thuhadabri HWC Block Development, Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki.

Considering the aforesaid aspects the respondents are directed to consider and decide the application/representation of the petitioner for her transfer to District Rajnandgaon in a pragmatic manner within a period of 45 days.

Accordingly, with this observation and direction this petition is disposed of.
