The respondent State herein had issued advertisement on 03.10.2015 for appointment on 32 posts of Gram Rojgar Sahayak, however, after completing the formalities, the recruitment process pursuant to advertisement dated 03.10.2015 in which the petitioners had also applied, was revoked and fresh advertisement was issued on 17.10.2016, which is sought to be challenged in this writ petition.

Mr. Basant Dewangan, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that in the fresh recruitment process for the post of Gram Rojgar Shayak issued on 17.10.2016 reservation roster as per Notification dated 29.11.2012 and Notification dated 21.07.2014 have not been followed. Therefore, the

impugned advertisement dated 17.10.2016 deserves to be set aside.

Mr. R.S. Marhas, learned State counsel, would submit that the recruitment process on the post of Gram Rojgar Sahayak as per advertisement dated 17.10.2016 has already been completed and the appointment orders have also been issued which the petitioners have filed as Annexure P/6 dated 26.07.2017 and the petitioners have not challenged Annexure P/6 in this writ petition and they have only challenged the advertisement dated 17.010.2016 though they have not applied in the fresh recruitment process issued on 17.10.2016, therefore, the petitioners are not entitled for any benefit.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties, considered their rival submissions made herein above and gone through the records with utmost circumspection.

By going through the records, it appears that the petitioners herein had applied in the recruitment process for the post of Gram Rojgar Sahayak issued on 03.10.2015 which was revoked and thereafter, the fresh advertisement was issued on 17.10.2016 in which they did not apply and the recruitment

process has already completed and also the private respondents herein have already been appointed as per order dated 26.07.2017 vide Annexure P/6 which has not been questioned in the present writ petition.

In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition is dismissed as the petitioners did not apply for the said post in the fresh recruitment process issued on 17.10.2016 and also the appointment of the private respondents have become final as it has not been challenged in the present writ petition. No order as to cost(s).
