1. The matter was listed on 30/01/2025 but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner in two rounds. Thereafter, again on 17/04/2025, none was present on behalf of the petitioner and even today, the matter was called up twice for hearing but none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. In these circumstances, this Court has no other option but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.
2. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
