This petition is preferred against orders dated 23.12.2022 and 27.09.2022.

By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

"10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the case from the authorities concerned for its kind perusal.

10.2. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the Impugned relleving order dated 23.12.2022 (ANNEXURE P-1), Issued by the Respondent No. 06 (Civil Surgeon Cum Chief Hospital Superintendent Distt. Jashpur) by which the petitioner has been relieved from the present place of posting as Accountant, District Hospital, Jashpur to the Community Health Center, Patthalgaon, Distt. Jashpur (C.G.), arising out of revocation of suspension order dated 27.09.2022 (ANNEXURE P-2) Issued by the Respondent No.04 (Collector, Jashpur), whereby the petitioner has been transferred and posted at new place i.e. Government Community Health Center, Patthalgaon, in the interest of

justice.

10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble High Court deems fit and proper be also awarded."

Vide order dated 16.01.2023, the petitioner was granted stay and the relieving order dated 23.12.2022 was stayed by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the orders dated 23.12.2022 and 27.09.2022 are required to be quashed and accordingly the said orders under challenge are hereby quashed.

However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
