At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners herein are challenging the impugned recovery order dated 21/12/2020 (Annexure P/12) whereby some recovery has to be done from the petitioners.

Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent No.5, on instructions, would submit that the impugned order dated 21/12/2020 is merely a communication between the Office of respondent No.4/ Deputy Director, Local Fund Audit, Raipur, (C.G.) and the respondent No.5/ Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur and till date no recovery has been made from the petitioners, hence the present petitions preferred by the petitioners are premature.

In view of the above submission, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to question the order of recovery passed in future, if any.

No objection from the other side.

Accordingly, the present writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
